My bar raiser interview was actually enjoyable and easy going. I know they don't try intentionally to make it easy or hard, but the person I spoke with was very down to earth and nice to talk to. He asked questions focusing on Twilio Magic values, all behavior based and situational, real life. As for the other interviews, some of them were tougher to answer, as they dealt with work functions I just haven't had to, or have much experience with. I also thought some of them were phrased oddly, and I got stumped on one, but it didn't seem like a big deal.
