They are a client/customer based company, so they asked a long of questions about how I built relationships in the past and how I managed those relationships once they were established. Customer service is huge to them
I always have trouble with providing specific examples. It's not that they don't exist, it's just difficult to come up with them on the spot during an interview, especially since you don't know what kinds of questions they'll ask. So, try to anticipate as much as you can before going in.
