One of the key things they asked me was to explain a real-time scenario where I had written a Salesforce trigger to solve a specific business problem. They wanted to understand my approach, logic, and how I handled exceptions or edge cases.
A scenario was asked, and I was asked which process automation would best suit that scenario.It was a tricky question
In my 16 years of experience I have never been met with such a case of disrespect and disregard for another person. Maybe other parts of the department are better, I do not know. But if you are applying to the sector to do with Salesforce I would definitely avoid it completely. Do better, you are a big enough company to know better.
General situational based question. Technical interview asked about objects and relationships. Just review a basic admin tech interview questionnaire and you should be fine.
