First interview was general interview style questions regarding Scrum and Agile. Second onsite interview was a complete curve ball with very complex particle example. All discussion and job description had been about the role being focused on one team, however, the case study provided was more inline with a project management/product owner role. It was very confusing and I believe they struggled to fill the role for a while as other candidates struggled with this "ambush" style interviewing
