Questions revolving around your knowledge of the platform. They asked pretty in depth questions about all sorts of tools within the platform. They asked this to test how much you know, but also how you answer a question when you aren't as familiar with the tool.
In the second interview they wanted to make sure I understood the role description and had clear my responsibilities on it.
Why the move from Management to Individual Contributor role? Lots of technical questions to test Integration skill/knowledge, business acumen related to client implementation projects.

Think about a great customer success story that you've encountered in your career and your impact in improving their bottom line.
Business Interview had general consulting questions about how to work with customers. How to deal with scope creep, difficult situations, how to communicate and deliver value. etc. Technical Interview had very technical questions about Salesforce and Single Sign on Panel interview with 4 people was 30 second elevator speech about you along with a 15-20 minute presentation that was followed by 30 minutes of Q&A by the panel about the presentation and other general questions.
Since this was a program director/solution architect position they were eager to find out how I worked with customers.
