The interviews were split into 4 rounds: First one with the recruiter, second one with the principal dev where I talked more about my experience, 3rd one was a take home tech test where you connect a frontend to an API and the 4th one was a meet the team where they try to ask you more about your passions and motivations as a dev. Absolutely pointless and a waste of time since I can’t even be sent a rejection email. If the recruiter sees this, and you know who you are, do better. Your job doesn’t only consist in being pushy to arrange interviews at the beginning. You also have to deliver bad news sometimes.
