All 4 rounds focused on their leadership principles however clearly lacked the leadership principles themselves as they weren’t curious to understand the candidate, experience or back ground.

I was surprised that (after being told by recruiting it would not be this way) every single person basically asked me the exact same 2-3 questions, which were: "tell me about a time when you used data to support a decision", "Tell me about a time when you took an unpopular stance", and "tell me about a time when something you did made a big impact on the company".
Mainly check of previous experience relevance.
There really weren't any crazy or unexpected questions.
