Basic evaluation of my previous experience. When I showed up at interview after driving 2 hours, the interviewer was busy on other call. I left after 15 minutes waiting. It was the worst hiring practice I had ever seen. Interview was at 11, and I arrived little early and people were just showing up at work. That was another red flag.
Give me your background... Her response "uh huh, uh huh, uh huh. Ok, what questions do you have for me?"
There were no difficult questions but there was certainly a difficult air of communication. The call was uncomfortable and difficult, not the topics.
