When you know that the business will suffer because your immediate manager is too afraid of his peer (potential political back clash) to back your business case justification on the Captital Review Board, what did you do?

I was asked a scenario based question on how I would deal with a situation. Two people come to me with a problem at the same time, one was finance regarding a payrole problem and the other was a board member who had problems printing a board pack for a meeting which was taking place imminently.

first round- one simple written Q & A on testing sec round - Personal interview for 45 min to 1 hour about sql, pl/sql , stored procedures, and vb programs and ETL Q's and some manual Q's 3rd round - Just stay calm and answer don't let ur interviewer know that u are uncomfortable if job placement is to another city and he will mostly ask u about the graduation project. Thats all u are good to go if u are confident enough.
