They asked how to handle difficult customers. They asked how you would approach a situation where you are over-running a certain discipline in one of your projects. They asked about how you would approach finding outside resources when your lose key members of your project team.

Some example questions: What would my team say about me as a manager? How do I prioritize product features? The presentation I was asked to do took time to prepare but it was interesting and challenging, and gave me a good feel for what it might me like to work there.
