Situational questions will be asked. In other words, being able to accurately answer a question(s) will not be sufficient. You will need to relate a prior professional experience that illuminates or informs your answer to a question. Example: What is your approach to problem solving? Provide an example of how you applied this approach when solving a significant project problem in a prior work situation.

Background and experience
How do you solve conflict?
They hardly asked me anything about me. Not skilled interviewers. The worst interview I have ever had in my 20+ years in my career.
My people management style. Challenges faced in my (then) current role, was asked to provide examples etc.
What are your salary expectation
How do you handle a difficult situation?
First Round: Tell me about yourself and exp that fits with this role (same question repeats in the beginning of every round) what's salary expectation? Second round: How would go about adding a category on our website? How would you go about the distribution/fulfillment side of a category? Where should we add our distribution centers for a given scenario? Third round: What's your experience in eCommerce space (have your worked for a large eCommerce organization?) How do we improve our website?
How do you measure ROI in a job?
I was often asked how I would expect to handle my relative lack of experience in large companies. In retrospect, I almost think this could have been asked more, as it has turned out to be a huge part of the challenge of the new job!
