Senior Project Manager Interview Questions
"When interviewing for a position as a senior project manager, you can expect to be asked not only about your skills and experience as a project manager but also about your ability to hire, place, and mentor other project managers, step in when when a troubled project needs to be turned around, and devise ways to continuously improve project management strategies. Prepare to answer questions about how you would resolve project issues of any size, incorporate the company's business needs into the decisions made in each project, and review projects to determine how you the company can improve from them."

Comment impliquez vous vos équipes pour que ses membres se sentent intégrés, quel est votre style de leadership
Loved this question... which Stryker value do you most associate with?
what would you bring to the team/role?
There was a good range of interview questions. There were the more situational questions such as: Describe a project that went well or didn't go well and how you managed that? As well as more personal style and values based ones such as: How do you work with a team? How do you manage conflicts? and What are your dealbreakers for working with a company?
Those questions are always opened up from some general questions "Talk about your self", "Why are you interested this position", "How do you think of this position" , "Tell me about the most/worst project experience...", "What did you learn from that challenges or risks". Then followed up with some behavior question; if you have chance to be a PM who was assigned to a project like..... "What will you do?"
