I was hired to run the back half of the company on a daily basis which is sometimes I am very good at, so the questions were centered on my business acumen
- Tell me about a time when you had a difficult client. - What approach do you take when a project hits a roadblock and does not go according to plan? - Tell me about a time when you came up with an innovative solution to a challenge.

One of the questions I was asked was: Case study scenario, they described a marketing campaign situation and I had to tell in detail each of the elements that I would have to handle as a project manager. What departments I would have to contact, what assets to prepare, how to manage the campaign preparation time and how to organize the team for this task.
