For me, the most challenging question was describing my expertise with Microsoft Project.
Practical exercise was around a user interface of employee attributes.
Questions were poorly formed and non-specific. No technical questions. Was told that the most important question was the last question, what is my favorite animal?
Asked for a type of certification that was not posted as a requirement in any of the published job descriptions.
