I got a rejection mail saying my skillset is not matching with requirement then why your organization arranged the interview after resume got shortlisted. I heard about these kind of incident before from my friends that Deloitte do such things but still I opted the interview. If your requirement is not matched with my profile then why to waste time for both the parties by scheduling the interview. Deloitte might be a big organization that does not mean we are free for such kind of incident.
Question will be more on the skills which you have any they will waste your one hour making you sit and attend the interview . They will asking on the agile methodologies, test script devlopment then on the execution and integration.

The questions were mostly generic testing theory questions, including basic concepts such as black-box testing. I did not feel there was enough focus on practical senior-level QA automation topics such as framework architecture, coding decisions, web testing strategy, API/UI automation design, CI/CD integration, debugging flaky tests, or real project scenarios.
