Had a nice conversation with the recruiter that consisted of usual generic questions. Phone screen with the web architect was absolutely horrible waste of 1 hour of my time. I was asked a question of how I would test an integration of their system without any knowledge and/or description of how their internal system works. I'm a knowledgeable QA Engineer and I know how to break apart and test systems but I first need to know how it put together to figure out what it takes to test it. However, it felt like I was expected to know how Returnly is integrated with their Magento vendor. I have no clue what that is. I tried multiple approaches, but it felt like the interviewer got stuck in the loop. Just a suggestion to the interviewer, when you ask people to go over a test approach for your system integration, at least provide the visuals or documentation prior to questioning instead of trying to describe in your internal technical terms over the phone.
