Honestly, the questions were typical. I walked them through my experience and then focused on their needs...they were looking for more than just technical ability, but needed true customer focused soft skill. The ability to work with large diverse teams in a political environment is key here.
Do a detailed study of a single technology and be specific to that; rest is fine
i had a pretty impressive extra curricular activities on my resume and my academics records were not bad either. Interviewer asked me how you manged it, and I struggled a bit to reply that :P

Written was tough as you will get some standard reasoning and english questions to solve in less time.
Actually the most difficult question in an interview but not unexpected is 'Tell me about yourself'. It conveys a lot of things. Your confidence, your self awareness, your communication and articulation skills and judging skills. I know of people who cracked half the interview by answering this question right.
Nothing as such. Just basic stuff from C# ,ASP.NET like page life cycle , abstract classes ,OOPS etc . Was asked to write some sql queries too .
