There were two parts to the test. The first one was focused on SEO/content and the second one on my management skills. For the first part of the test, they gave me two different websites and asked me to compare them to each other. They asked to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each site from an SEO and content. They also asked me to find tech SEO issues on each site. Eventually, I was asked this question that confused me how deep I needed to focus on it: "If you became CMO of each company today, how would you change the websites?" After that, I asked a couple of team management questions.
