i suppose this is a common one, but i think that the hardest for me to answer was; why do you want this job? and then the conversation leading from there, as it puts the ball into your court and means that you have to tell them about your circumstances and such.

How would you deal with another member of staff, if they were under performing. how would that make you feel and how would you resolve this?
How would give constructive feedback ?
What do you aim for in a customer service experience ?

Question that I was asked were: Where do you see yourself in a year? Where do you see yourself in five years? What are you looking to gain from employment at starbucks? Why do you want to work for starbucks? and other questions may be asked depending on previous expericence such as how well you solve problems and deal with stress.
Can you work Sunday? Can you open or close. Have a yes, no or sometimes ready for these questions.
