Two phone interviews are conducted by two different team managers. Basically they asked about details of your past experiences and projects. Also they have a focus on email marketing techniques and metrics, such as A/B testing, evaluation metrics, etc.

Logical tests: practical skills, problem solving, remote work assessment and situational questions.
Give an example of a time when you had a disagreement with your manager.
"I have several different routes I can use to commute to and from work each day. Say I hired you to recommend me the best route. Walk me through the thought process of how you would determine which was the best route."
Some unexpected questions were - Tell me a time when you did something without consent from your manager. Tell me a time when you had an idea to do something that your manager said no to.
