I was asked to describe an instance where a miscommunication had adverse ramifications throughout the organization. The interviewer wanted to know what I could have done differently to prevent this situation, as well as the steps I took to reduce the damage as much as possible.
I had actually applied for a cashier position. However, being a mature individual, they asked if I would be willing to work as Asset Protection.
