1. HR Round- i. Brief about yourself/take me through your CV ii. Existing and/or past work experience-questions about your profile and how is it related to research iii. They will not finish this questioning until you give them a solid reasoning ground. 5. HR Head round: After clearing all of above levels, you will have a discussion (and not interview per-se) with the HR Head, regarding the company's cab and meal facilities, clarity regarding shifts, overall aspirations about yourself and company culture/values/ethics The whole recruitment team and mangers/TLs are very supportive and nice. They are just looking for stability/commitment and your attitude towards learning. The employees are mostly young (23-35 of age)
