Was interviewed on site by a contract consultant, and he asked about gaps in my resume as a consultant.
Rather than list out the many questions I was asked I will simply say that the questions were highly curated to my position including a written exercise that directly spoke to the type of work I'd be doing. The Interview Difficulty as asked above was somewhere between Average & Hard but this is a very senior position so that was somewhat to be expected.

Was asked if I have experience with phones, when they had access to my resume and could have also asked via message before our call. Said that I may get push back on that, after saying it was not a deal breaker. Asked where I lived, when I told them they said oh that's far. I am aware of the job location so if it isn't far to me I don't understand the problem.
"so let's say a customer is migrating a database, and let's say they're using Redshift, what would you do?" It took me 4 attempts to figure out he means "how would you go about scoping that project?"
How did you handle difficult situations with a client and advisor
Usually "How did you handle X experience?" types of questions.
