Assignment was given
There weren't really any questions, or anything driving the call. I felt like I was the one leading the conversation. Saying 'I'm going to need more...' is not a professional response to an interviewee explaining their background. More what? More explanation, more detail, more about my skills, more of a fit of skills to the vacancy? Very poor. I've done a ton of interviews in the last 6 months and this was one of the most underwhelming experiences to date. The interviewer didn't seem prepared.

They really drill you on your process and how you came to your decisions, which is a good indication of the level of work that is produced in this studio.
