We are asking our top candidates to do a short project as the next step in the interviewing process. The project will give you a sense of the work at Tea and give us a sense of you! Let me know what a feasible timeline is for you, but ideally this project should take you no more than 2 days from start to finish. Once I've had a chance to review your work, I will set up a time for us to discuss your project as well as your past experience and how the next step in your career might work at Tea.
