Interview was a joke. The R4R Recruiter really just wanted to hype their growth and did not do justice about their interview strategy (herding cats style).
Have many examples and be ready to drill down to questions the interviewers of which they didnt understand or couldn’t relate from company differences I gave direct clear responses provide deeper understanding and they kept drilling for more I actually felt it was to gather intel vs an interview.
