"What do you have to offer?" is always a question that is the most difficult to answer. Not sure if you want to answer the question in a professional manner or personal manner. My qualities in my personal life is what patients connect to. A patient can tell your truly sympathetic or just trying to get the job done.

I think the questions were fair. I don't believe I was asked standardized questions, but now we have a list. But the questions that we currently ask are typical-- "Tell us about a conflict and how you handled it..." That sort of thing which I assume is pretty typical of most interviews these days.
