As I said earlier, the hardest question to answer is the "Why Lidl?" question. This is designed to put you on the spot. You need to prepare for this question in advance otherwise you probably will feel awkward and this is where they say yes or no to employment.
How would you best apply your specialist expertise in retail to one of our Lidl stores? How would you do this, what is the time scale you would implement this in and what strategy would you use for this?
