I recently completed a case study as part of the interview process. I was fully invested and had a positive experience overall, though I didn’t end up getting the role. Joe Goddard from the talent team was fantastic throughout, and my interview with Nabil went well, he struck me as a great manager to work with. While I understand the outcome, I’d suggest the company consider offering compensation for the case study in future, as it required several hours of preparation.
