Initial screening per usual. Virtual interviews were about background, personality, STAR questions. On Site was a presentation to address a past real life problem to show if I had the ability to do the job. Additionally I met the remainder of the team who would report to me and discussed the role with HR, hiring manager, and director of sourcing.
