Questions were asked around Curiosities, Passions. I was also asked situational , how would your respond or handle this type of questions.
He asked me if I was ok to commute to the company office location. I said I would like flexibility to WFH with winter storms. He said that wasn't an option. It was more about how the questions went, rather than what they were. The recruiter called me an hour early than scheduled. I just went with it. I felt he rushed the interview and didn't in fact no much about the role. So very typical kinds of questions. He seemed to be under the influence of stimulants. Either too much coffee or cocaine or adderall? He talked over me and was excessively extroverted. I didn't enjoy or care for the interview. I thought the weird hand off from the external recruiter to whoever this was, also quite shady and unprofessional. Like is that agency going to be compensated? It made me think, hmmm maybe at Dish they have shady operators working there.
