I was asked standard behavioral questions. The questions that stood out were around presentation to higher level executives, and ability to manage curve balls. I also was given soft case study questions around corporate strategy. There were questions that probed my experience and also a decent focus on the team fit.
Most questions were the exact ones you would expect: what's your experience with X? What were your results? Etc. Nothing unusual or unexpected was asked.
How would you deal with this (hypothetical but actual) scenario that was difficult for them to solve so they want you to solve it for them and they get the idea for free
