The questions were fairly simple.
They didn't really have a hard interview process, nothing really stands out. I think at that point I was basically accepted in the school.
Basic question to test communication skills like tell me about yourself, interests,hobbies etc
Tell me about yourself Why are you interested in this position? What relevant experience do you have? How do you handle multiple tasks or prioritize your workload? Can you describe a challenging situation you encountered and how you resolved it? What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do you work in a team setting?
They mostly asked me about the way I work.
Give an example of excellent customer service.
