For the online assessment test, 1st was the characteristic test. You will be asked to rate the thoughts and behaviors under certain conditions that most likely you will have. 2nd part consisted of two sub-tests - decision making and numerical test. For me as a foreign student, the decision making part was a bit difficult though the time wasn't limited (they did indeed recommend a time limit). Numerical test would ask you to finish 14 questions within 16 min, which was also very challenging.
