Massive focus on customer service and how you'd deal with an unhappy customer, on your style of management/leadership and knowledge/passion for the business. Mostly the questions are to gauge how well you will fit in with or lead the team and how much you know about the business. Questions are likely to be more service focuses for CSR and more business/organisation/problem solving focuses for Supervisor.
