I do not remember the unexpected questions. It was an in depth Technical interview based on the skill set of the position.
Your level of comfort when speaking with users on the phone?
One question was about key fields in a relational database, but I think it was only brought up because of my background. Most of the other questions were the classic behavioral ones.
