Mostly touched based on Basic questions Networking - How ping works, How to analyze packet captures etc. Storage - Basics of storage, Raid groups OS - What is Deadlock, how to indentify performance issues, what is Ring0 Hardware - Boot process of a computer + What ever you mentioned in resume, these chaps are very smart and can easily identify if resume is fake.
