Do you work overnight?
As a team leader, you are asked to view a picture/ photo, remembering key parts. Then instruct to your team how to build the structure.
Tell me about yourself. (caught me a little offguard as it was the first question asked).
Introduction and the rest of the questions were based off of experiences I have had. Had to be very detailed. Like "Tell me a time when you...." questions.
There were no real "questions" per say, just why'd you pick JCP, do you have any experience, just basically telling them about yourself.
