What's a mistake you've made? What qualities do you want in a leader? What kind of candy bar would you be? (which threw me at first but ended up being one of my favorite questions, it really makes you think and they can see your personality)
What challenges do you have in your current position
They ask you to describe exactly how a call center works. They also ask you some random questions about technology. For example: " what is an LCD TV and what does LCD stand for?" There were maybe three questions like that to make sure you at least have the most basic familiarity with technology.

How do I handle the stress of unhappy customers?
Just be ready for a behavioral style questions that ask you to demonstrate previous qualifying skills
