They asked about my general experience in relation to suitability for the role. They also asked situational questions and in the final interview they asked questions relating more to my thought processes with certain decisions or actions I may take in the role. These were designed to be a discussion rather than there being a right or wrong answer.
Most of the questions were about my understanding of, and motivation for, the role.
