A teacher complains her computer is not working. What do you do?
I personally find the most difficult questions to be those revolving around why you have left the previous employer and why you are seeking employment with this company. These type of inquiries are almost always present in the interview process and this was no exception. I was asked why I moved on from the previous employer, what any gaps in my employment may have attributed to, and why I was seeking employment there.

Are you willing to do work that is not directly related to your job?

A question came up in the panel interview about volunteering, I have no issue with volunteering which I have been doing on regular basis for the last 20 years, but what does that have to do with the IT Specialist position??? It is not in the Job requirements.
