How would you get up to speed on upon starting?
The first day I had an interview with a person from HR and with the hiring manager. The second day (days later) I had an interview with the manager from the SI group. The third day (weeks later) I was interviewed by someone from the SI group and by someone from Public Investments (a group that the SI team supports). The fourth day (weeks later) I was interviewed by two more people from the team and by another person from Public Investments (the group that SI supports). So I went to the offices four times and was interviewed by eight different people.
Have you worked with standards?
Question from HR: "Industry standard hike offered is 12% for 4 years of experience, how can you expect 25% at this level?" (let me know if anyone understands this question and which consulting practice among Big 4 offers 12% hike at 4 years of experience. Else we can get that HR from KPMG on Comedy Nights with Kapil)
