      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at symplr in Feb 2026

      The process started with first round of technical interview which was handled by some third party agency. The questions asked where quite irrelevant. For example, they asked to write a program to fetch the details from a JWT token. I am not sure what the interviewer wanted to know from this question. I think the interview process should be handled by the internal team instead of outsourcing.
