Screening and interview. Both were simple and seemingly straightforward. During the screening, the salty was provided, which was really low for my experience, but I was willing to sacrifice pay for growth opportunities. Interview was a non diverse panel interview with the manager and two team leads. They put a lot of emphasis on the ability to be a tasker. Was told that I would hear a response in about a week and was ghosted. Highly unprofessional.
