The process included an initial phone screening with HR and two video interviews with Engagement Leaders. The HR conversation was pleasant. I started to hear some red flags on the first video interview about high turnover and no onboarding process for new hires. The second video interview was disappointing. The interviewer did not turn on his camera even though the meeting subject was "Video Call" and he was borderline rude.
