The recruiters had different questions, I could tell one had "job fit" type questions, one had work culture questions, one had time management questions, and one had recruitment style, sourcing, recruiting passive candidate questions, but everyone rotated. I never felt grilled, but appreciated that there was a lot of thought behind the questions they asked. I enjoyed meeting the team. After being here for a little while, I can tell that I got a glimpse of their personalities and the team as a whole.
