Jack comes from a recruitment agency background. He treated the interview as though it was a recruitment agency interview rather than the internal recruitment role that it was, which was odd. Expect typical questions surrounding strict and various targets that you have in agency type roles.
They asked about previous experience. Why do you want a chance?
