It was a long and extensive phone interview.
Q: What's your management philosophy? Q: Who is your best manager and why? Q: Tell me about a time you disagreed with your manager about a solution or business proposal, and how did you address that disagreement?
Beyond describe your work history and your current role, there weren't really any questions. Both interviewers came accross as though they didn't know that they'd be conducting an interview that day, although it had been in the diary for a week.
