Both the CoS and the founder were on the call. Both were distracted throughout the call. They were taking other calls and replying to messages during the call. At one point the CoS didn't even know what was happening on the call. Started out with basic journey, experience and expectations. The founder somehow wanted to dig deeper into a role from the previous company which was not relevant and was sharing his opinion on what I should have done instead. He didn't seem interested in what I could do with my skills for the current role.
