The hiring process was very similar to most, yet had an important difference. It started with a simple one-on-one person interview. From there you are introduced to the VP of Operations. The second interview really covers the job requirements and whether you can perform the tasks required. If they feel you are a good fit, you speak with the CEO. This step is less of an interview and more about getting to know you as a person. This interview is to see how you fit with the company culturally. You get to learn what the company represents and the opportunities available.
